Ingredients

12 fresh mushrooms

4 TBL green onion (finely chopped)

1 TBL butter

breadcrumbs

grated swiss cheese

1/4 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp onion salt

dash paprika

1/8 tsp dried thyme

1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Remove stems from mushrooms, set caps aside. Finely chop stems. In a skillet, saute chopped mushrooms, onion until tender. Add swiss cheese, and breadcrumbs,spices, stir until thick and liquid has evaporated. Stuff into mushroom caps. Place on greased baking sheets. Bake uncovered at 425 F for 10 minutes or until heated through.
