Ingredients
2 packages whole mushrooms caps
1/2 pound ground sausage-browned and drained
2 cups italian breadcrumbs
1 egg
Preparation
Mix sausage, breadcrumbs and egg- add water until real moist/sticky. Brush caps with butter. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until browned.
