Ingredients
1 pound white mushrooms (12-15 large)
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation
Clean and dry mushrooms well. Remove mushroom stems, and mince, reserving caps. Sauté garlic, green onions and minced mushroom stems in butter or margarine. Add flavored bread crumbs, blue cheese and lemon juice. Remove from heat, mix together and place mixture in mushroom caps. Place stuffed mushroom caps on baking sheet or shallow pan and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 450° for 8 minutes.
