Ingredients

1 pound sausage (regular or Italian)

3 tsp Oregano

2 cups Parmesan cheese

2 lg egg yolks

Olive oil

1 tspGarlic powder

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 8 -oz Cream cheese

Dry white wine

Preparation

Saute sausage and oregano over medium heat until brown. Using slotted spoon, transfer into a bowl and cool. Mix meat, parmesan, worcestershire sauce and then cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper to your taste, then mix in egg yolks. Brush glass baking dish with olive oil. Hollow out mushrooms and brush cavity with white wine and fill with mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. When you remove from oven, siphon off the liquid.
