Ingredients

1 # medium mushrooms (apx. 24)

1/4 c finely chopped green onions, with tops

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

1/4 c. oleo

1/4 c dry bread crumbs

1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese

2 T. snipped parsley

12 t. salt

1/2 t. dried basil leaves

1/4 t. pepper

Preparation

Rimove stems from mushrooms, finely chop stems. Cook and stir mushroom stems, green onions and garlic in oleo over medium heat until tender about 5 min. remove from heat. stir in remainig ingredients Fill mushrrom caps with stuffing mixture. Place mushrooms filled sides up, in greased baking dish Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 15 min.
