Ingredients

12 large manciotti shells

4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese divided

2 c. ricotta cheese

6 T chopped basil or 2 T dried basil

1 26 oz jar spaghetti sauce

1/2 c Parmesan or Romano cheese.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 Spray 13x9 baking dish with spray Cook pasta per directions, Drain, rinse, Let pasta dry on paper towels. For the filling in medium bowl stir together 3 c cheese with ricotta and basil Using a teaspoon or bag carefully stuff pasta shells. Spoon 2 c. spaghetti sauce into prepared baking dish arrange stuffed pasta over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over top of pasta. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella Bake Manicotti for 15 min. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake for 19 minutes longer. Serve.
