Ingredients
12 large jalapenos
6 slices of bacon cut in half (so 12)
baking sheet
parchment, or foil
Preparation
cut peppers in half, and deseed. In a seperate bowl, mix 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened, parmesean (or whatever cheese you like) pepper and garlic salt. Stuff all the peppers with the cheese mixture, and level the pepper with the back of a butter knife. Wrap in Bacon, and stick a toothpick in to keep the bacon in place. Cook on 400 for 15-20.
