Ingredients

8-12 Jalapenos

1 8oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1/4 c. Bar-B-Que sauce

1 c. Shredded Cheese

Preparation

Slice each jalapeño lengthwise and seed and devein depending on the amount of heat you want. With your fingers, stuff the jalapeños with cream cheese (even with the top). Put a blob of your favorite barbeque sauce in the palm of your hand. Swipe a finger from your other hand in the sauce and wipe it lightly on top of the cream cheese. Take your favorite flavor(s) of shredded cheese(s) and sprinkle generously on top. Bake in a preheated 400 oven for about 10 minutes or until cheese on top is bubbly and browned a bit.
