Ingredients

6 green peppers

1 cup hot cooked rice

1 well-beaten egg

1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 - 16 oz can tomato sauce

1 onion, chopped

2 T butter

1 lb lean ground beef

Preparation

Parboil peppers 5 minutes. Cut out stem. Brown meat and onion in 2 T butter. Combine with 1/2 of the tomato sauce and the remaining ingredients (other than peppers). Stuff peppers with filling and pour remainder of tomato sauce over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
