Ingredients
Majool dates, pitted
1/4 cup each goat cheese and marscapone, room temp
2 tea basil, finely chopped
S&P
proscuitto, sliced lengthwise
Preparation
- Mix cheeses together.
- Add basil and S&P.
- Stuff cheese mixture into dates.
- Wrap dates with proscuitto. Spear with toothpick.
