Ingredients

Majool dates, pitted

1/4 cup each goat cheese and marscapone, room temp

2 tea basil, finely chopped

S&P

proscuitto, sliced lengthwise

Preparation

  1. Mix cheeses together.
  2. Add basil and S&P.
  3. Stuff cheese mixture into dates.
  4. Wrap dates with proscuitto. Spear with toothpick.
