Ingredients

2 jars cherry peppers

1 super thick slice of provolone (more than ¼ inch; less than ½ inch)

6 very thin slices of Prosciutto

Preparation

Cut out stem with a small sharp knife. Dislodge seeds so the pepper is empty. Cut up slices of provolone and prosciutto; Wrap prosciutto around provolone and stuff into pepper.
