Veal Breast about 3lbs

1 1/2 cups Bread crumbs

2 eggs

1 cup Parmasan Cheese

1/2 cup Milk

1/4 cup Pine nuts

Herbs optional

A few raisins Oponial

Salt & pepper

Preparation

This Clasic dish is simple and so tender it falls off the bone.
