Ingredients

6 med green bell peppers

1 package “Smart Ground” or

1 lb ground beef

1/3 cup chopped onion

1/2 tsp salt

1 lb canned tomatoes

1/2 c water

1/2 uncooked long grain rice

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

4 oz shredded chedder cheese

Preparation

Top and gut bells

Cook smart ground or beef with onion till heated or browned

Add salt, tomatos, water, rice and wo sauce

Cover and simmer till rice is tender (about 15 minutes)

Stir in cheese

Stuff peppers with mixture adn stand upright in 10x6x1 1/2 baking dish

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
