Peppers - all colors
Crumbled Feta
Celery
Carrots
Onions
Tomato
Zucchini
Chick Peas
Preparation
Prepare all vegetables until fork tender (or to preference) and set aside.
Take large bread (one that you would use as a bread bowl for a dip or large soup) and scoop out to make room for vegetable stuffing. (Keep top to cover)
Chop olives to desidered size. Toss all vegetables, olives and feta and stuff into hollowed bread.
Preheat oven to 350, baked stuffed bread for 10-15 minutes or until toasted on outside and warm on inside, put top back on and serve.
