Ingredients

1 can Heart of Artichoke, drained well

Fresh grated Romano cheese- about 3/4 cup

Italian bread crumbs- about 1/2 cup

Olive Oil- enough to moisten, about 1/2 cup

minced garlic glove and 2 tablesoons chopped parsley.

Preparation

Scoop out center of canned artichoke hearts. Save for salad at later time. Mix grated cheese, Italian bread crumbs garlic, oil and parsley— stuff Artichoke hearts. This can be done several hours before guests arrive,then,stuffed artichokes,can be refrigerated.Bring to room temperature, drizzle with additional olive oil and heat at 325 for approximately 25-30 minutes. Additional cheese can be added the last 5 minutes as a topping.
