1 kl squid
1/2 kl ground pork or beef
1pcs ginger cut in small peice
2pcs red or white onion cut in small peice
2pcs tomato cut in small peice
2tbsp soy sauce
chill powder
pepper
salt
3pcs calamansi
Preparation
marenate the squid in soy sauce and calamansi chill powder and pepper for 1 hour in the ref. stir fry the ginger tomato onion and ground pork or beef in med haet add salt chill powder and pepper to your taste.get the squid in ref.and fill it up with the stuff you cook.you can fry the squid or you can bake it its up to you.just cook the squid until its soften
