Ingredients

Spaghetti (or macaroni)

One egg

Grated Parmeggiano

Olive oil

A little pepper

Preparation

  1. Boil the spaghetti
  2. Mix egg, parmeggiano, olive oil and pepper in a bowl
  3. When the spaghetti is al dente, turn off heat, remove water and add the mix
  4. Toss and leave for five minutes

I love this along with olives, and perhaps some cold tomato sauce on the side.

Be careful with the egg if there is any salmonella in your area.
