Ingredients

12 eggs

2 3/4 lbs. sugar

2 3/4 teaspoons baking powder

Preparation

Add as much flour as the eggs will absorb. Dough must remain soft. Fry in deep pan of oil. (Pinch off little balls of dough and drop in.) This makes a large amount. If you want less, try half the amount.

When ready to serve, pour honey all over little balls and sprinkle with colored confetti.
