Ingredients
1 small package of deer or elk meat (or stew meat, or chopped roast or steak), cut into bite-sized pieces
OR
1 lb of ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
2 cans cream of ‘something’ soup
garlic powder
flour
Preparation
Cook some noodles.
Roll chopped meat in flour (or mix small amount of flour in hamburger). Fry meat with the onions until done. Add enough water to make a gravy. Add cream of something soup and sour cream. Season to taste. Pour over or mix with cooked noodles.
If using hamburger you might need to add a bullion cube with water. Lean hamburger doesn’t have much taste, so you’ll have to “beef” it up.
