Ingredients

1 lb hamburger

1 medium onion

1 clove garlic

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 Tablespoon flour

1 container sliced mushrooms

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 to 1 1/2 cups sour cream

Rice or Pasta

Preparation

Cook meat, onion and garlic. Drain fat. Add mushrooms. Mix into meat and cover, stirring if necessary, until mushrooms are cooked. Stir in salt, pepper, flour. Add soup and cook to a low boil. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Stir in Sour cream. (Don’t let it boil, or it may curdle.)

Serve over rice or pasta.
