Ingredients
1 large fillet Striped Bass
1/2 large red onion, chopped
1/2 large green bell pepper, chopped
2 tbl garlic butter
Rub:
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley
Sauce:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbl brown mustard
2 tbl mayonaisse
1/4 chopped chives
Preparation
Wash the fish. Make a rub of sea salt, pepper, parsley and garlic powder and rub the fish well. Place the fillet in a large piece of aluminum foil and add red onion, bell pepper and garlic butter. Make a packet out of foil and cook on the grill until fish flakes.
Serve topped with onion and pepper…sauce on the side.
