Ingredients
1/2-1pound striped bass/sea bass
flour
white or red cooking wine
lemon
butter
olive oil
Preparation
Remove skin Cut fish in to strips Dust with flour on both sides In a large frying pan add 1 tablespoon butter and add oil. Add fish. When the fish is golden on both sides add a heavy splash of wine. Cook for 1 more minute remove and squeeze lemon on top
