Ingredients

1.Purchased low-fat pound cake

1 jar low sugar strawberry jam

2 boxes of fresh strawberries

1 container non-fat whipping cream

5.1 box non-fat sugar free vanilla pudding

2 cups non-fat milk

1 tsp. almond flavoring

Preparation

  1. Slice pound cake thinly and spread strawberry jam over the slices.
  2. Line trifle bowl with 1/2 of pound cake pieces. 3.Mix the pudding together as directed with the milk and flavor with the almond extract. Place 1/2 of mixture on pound cake.
  3. Slice cut strawberries saving some whole ones for garnish on top. Spread 1/2 of strawberries over pudding.
  4. Repeat layering
  5. Spread non-fat topping last and garnish with whole strawberries
