Ingredients

1 cup sour cream

1 cup milk

1 pkg (3.5oz) vanilla flavored instant pudding

1 tsp. grated orange peel

2 cups whipping cream, whipped

and sweetened

1/2 tube angel food cake, cut into bite sized pieces

2 pints fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix sour cream, milk, orange peel, instant pudding until thick and well mixed. Fold in whipping cream.

In a large bowl, layer: 1/2 of cake pieces, 1/3 of strawberries and 1/2 pudding mixture. Repeat layers and arrange remaining strawberries on top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
