Ingredients
12 oz fresh baby spinach
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar (Bragg’s Organic is the best tasting)
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons minced green onions (optional)
salt & pepper
1/4 tsp Worcestershire
dash Cholula hot sauce
1 basket strawberries, sliced
Preparation
Wash & dry spinach leaves. Place in salad bowl with sliced strawberries. Just before serving top with toasted sesame seeds (you don’t want them to get soggy). Make dressing with remaining ingredients and, if you’ve got one, emulsify it with a mixing wand. Pour over and toss. Serve immediately. Delish!
