Ingredients
1/3 cup mayo
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 lb. fresh spinach
2 cups strawberries
Preparation
Wash spinach well and pat dry. Combine 1st 4 ingredients, stir well, and set aside. Toss spinach and strawberries. Drizzle 1tbsp. of the dressing over each serving of salad.
