Ingredients

9 ounces hulled and halved strawberries (1 1/2 cups) 

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 

1 tablespoon agave syrup, plus more to taste 

1 cup ice 

Preparation

Combine strawberries, lemon juice, agave syrup, and ice in a blender and purée until smooth. Blend in more agave by the teaspoon to taste; serve immediately.
