Ingredients
1 box of yellow cake
1 pint of heavy cream
Sugar
Lemon
2 1/2 lbs of fresh strawberries
vanilla extract
almond extract
Preparation
Prepare yellow cake but add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and almond extract.
Prepare whipped cream. Mix Cream with electric mixer add sugar and vanilla extract to taste.
Slice Strawberries. Add some lemon juice and sugar to taste.
Assemble cake. Cut cake in 2 layers. Place Strawberries on cake then whipped topping. Place other half of cake on top and repeat. Cool for 2 hours and serve.
