Ingredients
2 boxes strawberry flavored instant gelatin
1 cup hot water
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 can crushed pineapple
1 package frozen strawberries, thawed
1/2 pint sour cream
Preparation
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add pineapple and juice, bananas, and strawberries. Mix well and pour half of mixture into mold or pan and chill until firm. Let the other half of the mixture stay at room temperature. Spread the sour cream over the refrigerated mixture and pour the un-set gelatin mixture over it, chill until set.
