Ingredients

3-4 stalks of rhubarb, trimmed & sliced

1 quart fresh strawberries.hulled & halved

1-2 T balsamic vinegar

3/4 Cup Agave syrup

1/4 t. salt

1/2 t. cinnamon

1/4 t. nutmeg

pinch of cloves

4 t. arrowroot

Preparation

combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Cook on stove top on med heat stirring often until rhubarb is tender & sauce is thickened. Serve warm over agave sweetened frozen yogurt.
