Ingredients

One package puff pastry sheets

package of Heath toffee bits

one box strawberries, washed, hulled and thinly sliced

jar of lemon curd

strawberry jam

vanilla ice cream or whipped cream

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Place puff pastry on two parchment lined cookie sheets Sprinkle generously with toffee bits and bake in oven for 20 min. Cool for 10 min. Cut each pastry into four equal pieces. Spread generous amount of lemon curd on each piece. Place strawberrie slices on top of lemon curd, to cover fully. Heat 8 TBS strawberry jelly for a few min., then spread on top of strawberries. Cool 5 min. Top with ice cream or whipped cream. Enjoy
