Ingredients

-1 pint fresh strawberries (diced)

-1 medium to large Mango (diced)

-about a tablespoon lime juice

-about a tablespoon lemon juice

-almost 1 bunch cilantro (cut or torn into small pieces)

-red pepper flakes to taste

-cumin to taste

-kosher or rock salt to taste

Preparation

You just add this stuff together in a bowl and let it get friendly :) The juices running together are part of what makes it so good!

You will not need much of the spices as they go a long way. If you taste it and it seems a little bland, add a little red pepper or cumin first, then taste again.

Note that I often leave out the red pepper flakes, especially when using as a topping for salmon.
