Ingredients

1/2 cup of skim milk

1/3 cup of low fat plain yogurt

2 tsp. vanilla extract

3 tbsp. of honey

1 mango, peeled and roughly chopped

10 hulled strawberries

6 ice cubes

Makes 2 shakes.

Preparation

Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 15 seconds…Enjoy!! *Remember to put the liquids on the bottom;).
