Ingredients
1-lb bag baby spinach
1 pint strawberries, sliced
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup canola oil
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Preparation
- Rinse, dry and place spinach in salad bowl
- Add sliced strawberries and kiwis and toss
- In a blender, combine oil, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and blend for 30 seconds
- Add remaining ingredients to dressing and stir
- Pour over salad and toss
