Ingredients

200 grm butter

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

2 1/2 c. flour

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. baking powder

pinch salt

1 cup yogurt (4% fat)

4 tbs. strawberry jam

100 grm. walnuts

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Alternate yogurt with dry ingredients. Prepare 2 loaf pans. Top half of batter with jam, add rest of batter, top with chopped nuts. Bake at 180F for 40-45 minutes
