Ingredients

1/4 c. light chocolate syrup, divided

4 (4oz) low fat round vanilla ice cream sandwiches (such as Weight Watchers)

1/4 c. strawberry preserves

1/2 c. canned refrigerated whipped topping (such as a Reddi Whip)

4 strawberries

Preparation

  1. Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon syrup on each of 4 desert plates. Arrange 1 ice cream sandwhich on each plate. Top each sanwich with 1 tablespoon preserves, 2 tablespoons whipped topping, and 1/2 tablespoon syrup. Top with a strawberry.
