Ingredients

4 cups milk

6 egg yolk

3 tablespoons sugar

1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract

3 tablespoons flour

6 egg white

2 tablespoons sugar

3 cup halved strawberries

fresh tarragon

sugar

Preparation

bring milk to boil mix egg yolk, vanilla and sugar, bring it to milk and add flour. cook over low heat 10-15 min until cream become thick. in the meantime mix egg white and sugar in processor until it thickens. mix in hot mixture of egg yolk. preheat oven to 350 F. place tarragon, strawberries and cover with sugar. roast uncover until strawberries are soft and syrup forms about 20 min. mix egg cream and strawberries, cool completely.
