Ingredients

500 grams large, ripe strawberries,

1 package or 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

500 grams fresh cheese, drained

200 grams sour cream or creme fraiche

1 tablespoon honey

three color pepper (black, white and red) freshly grounded

Preparation

Cut off the green leaves of strawberries, undo from any yellow of green spots and slice in 1/2 centimeter thick slices. Put into a medium bowl, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and mix well. Put drained fresh cheese and cream in another medium bowl, add honey and mix very well until mass is fluffy and without any lumbs. Divide cheese mass over 4-6 small flat bowls or ice-cream coupes, arrange strawberry slices on top. Sprinkle with just a touch of three color pepper fresh from the peppermill.
