Ingredients

Strawberry Cream Dessert

2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

6 Tablespoons Sugar

10 Tablespoons Butter Melted

Two 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup powder sugar

2 tubs of whipped cream - One 16 ounce and One 8 ounce tub, thawed and divided

One 3 ounce package Strawberry JellO

1/2 cup boiling water

One 8 ounce container of strawberry yogurt

Topping:

2 Tablespoons Graham Cracker Crumbs

1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons butter

Preparation

In a bowl combine cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into an ungreased 9X13" pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes

Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powder sugar until smooth. Wisk in one cup of whipping cream. Spread over prepared crust.

In a large bowl dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Wisk in yogurt and 6 cups whipped topping until blended. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for one hour.

Spread remaining whipped topping over strawberry layer. Cover and Refrigerate overnight.

Just before serving, combine topping ingreidents and sprinkle over whipped topping.
