Ingredients

Crust:

1 C graham cracker crumbs, mixed with 1/4 C Granulated sugar and 2 T melted margarine

Filling:

3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temp.

1 C sugar

1 C sour cream, room temp.

2 T flour

2 tsp. vanilla

1/4 C heavy whipping cream

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 egg

Whipped Topping:

2 C heavy whipping cream, room temp.

1/2 C granulated sugar

Preparation

Crust: Combine ingredients in a springform pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Cool. Filling: In a large bowl, combine the filling ingredients, one at a time, in the listed order, beating well. Beat until mixed thoroughly. Pour into prepared crust and place in an oven, preheated at 325° for 20 minutes. Lower the heat to 300° and bake 50 minutes more. Test by having a toothpick in center come out clean. Turn off heat and let cool one to two hours in the closed oven. Cool on rack then remove from springform pan by running a knife along the outside. Refrigerate until cool. Top with thin layer of jam of your choice and decorate with fresh fruit and whipped cream as garnish. Delicious!!
