Ingredients

1 c whole wheat flour

1/4 c all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 c Splenda brown sugar mix (packed)

1/4 c vegetable oil

2 egg whites

1 tsp vanilla

1 c mashed banana

1 c mashed strawberries

4-5 strawberries, diced

Preparation

Mix both flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a small bowl.

In another bowl, mix sugar, oil, egg whites, and vanilla until well mixed. Add in mashed bananas and strawberries.

Add flour mixture until combined. Gently fold in diced strawberries.

Spray cupcake pan with nonstick spray. Pour batter evenly into cupcakes.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
