Ingredients

1lb Strawberries

2oz Powdered Splenda

Newmans own Olive oil and Vinegar dressing.

4oz crumbled Amish Gorgonzola

2oz crushed pecans(optional)

1 Romaine lettuce

Preparation

Chop and Hull the Strawberries then sprinkle them with Splenda making sure to coat them all, set aside for 2-3 hours or overnight. Shred the lettuce. Spread the lettuce on individual plates, add a good portion of the strawberries to each plate. Drizzle over the dressing to taste, sprinkle on the cheese and the pecans.
