Strawberries With Elderflower Cream Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups heavy cream

1 cup elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain

Finely grated zest of 1 lemon

1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar, sifted

5 quarts strawberries, hulls left on

Toasted-Almond Macarons with White Chocolate, for serving

Preparation

Combine cream, liqueur, lemon zest, and confectioners’ sugar in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks just form. Serve with strawberries and macarons.
