Ingredients

1 ready to use chocolate graham cracker crust

1 8oz. container lowfat whipped topping, thawed

1 pint fresh strawberries, washed & chilled

1 4 oz package instant French Vanilla pudding - sugar free

1 1/3 c skim milk

3 T Amaretto liquor (or almond flavor if non-alcholic is preferred)

1/3 c sugar

chocolate jimmies ( optional)

Preparation

Stem and slice berries - reserving 3 whole berries for decoration. Marinate in 1/3 c sugar & 3 T Amaretto while assembling filling Whisk 1 1/3 c milk into pudding mix - set aside to thicken (5 minutes) Fold sliced berries into pudding. Gently fold pudding mixture into whipped topping.

Pour into crust. Decorate with reserved berries and chocolate jimmies if desired.

Refrigerate until serving.
