(8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

tablespoons orange marmalade

cup coarsely chopped fresh watercress

medium fresh strawberries

(2 to 2 1/2-inch) round wheat crackers

Preparation

In small bowl, combine cream cheese, marmalade and watercress; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.

Cut each strawberry in half lengthwise. Refrigerate berries until serving time.

Just before serving, spoon rounded teaspoonful cheese mixture onto each cracker. Top each with strawberry half, cut side down; press gently into cheese mixture.
