Ingredients
3.5 pounds of Stewing Beef cut into 1 inch cubes
2 Tablespoon sunflower oil.
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon onion Powder
I tablespoon garlic Powder
2 cans of tomato paste 5.5oz
2 cups of beef broth
2 cups of water
Stage 2
½ teaspoon of salt
1 jalapeño Chilli
2 tablespoons of honey
1 packet ‘Sazon Goya" can be found at Highland Farms
2 tablespoons of ancho chile Powder
2 table spoons of cocoa chile powder- McCormick brand is the one I use.
2 tablespoons of chipotle chile powder
2 tablespoons of mexican chile powder
Stage 3
1 ½ tablespoons of white pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon honey
1 cinnamon stick

1 large Pot with lid
1 large frying pan

Preparation
Brown The meat with the 2tbs of oil in a large frying pan. Drain meat. In the large Pot add the meat and add stage 1 & 2 ingredients, bring to a boil cover and then reduce heat to a simmer for 45 min. Add Stage 3 Ingredients, mix well, cover and let simmer for another 45 min. Remove Chili from heat, let stand for 10 minutes. Serve with bread or a side of beans.
