Ingredients
2 very fresh eggs
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp. fine bread crumbs
dash of nutmeg
1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Heat broth to a simmer.
Beat eggs until just mixed. Add all the other ingredients, except lemon juice, to the eggs and mix thoroughly. Add the egg mixture to the hot broth and stir. Add lemon juice and heat through.
