Ingredients

4 lbs beef short ribs cut van flanken style

3 c guinness stout

1 lrg onion

1/2 c soy sauce

1/2 c Brown surger firmly packed

1/4 sesame oil

3 Tbl Garlic minced

1 c honey

1/4 c soy sauce

2 T fresh parsley chopped

1 T garlic minced

1.5t ground pepper

Preparation

Whisk first 6 ingredients in a large bowl to blend. Place ribs in dish pour marinade cover and fridge overnight

Glaze- whisk all ingredients in med bowl to blend

Grill ribs med heat till cooked turning occasionally about ten min Brush w/ glaze and cook 1 min per side serve w/ remaining glaze
