Ingredients

2 LG chicken breasts (cubed)

1 red pepper (strips)

1 orange pepper (strips)

1 yellow pepper (strips)

1 onion (sliced)

1 bag frozen stir fry vegetables

1 bag frozen snap peas

1 bag shredded carrots

2 tbsp canola oil

2 cups white rice

Salt, red pepper flakes, ginger, soy sauce, poultry seasoning and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb to taste

Preparation

  1. Add canola oil to wok.
  2. Sautee chicken about 10 minutes.
  3. Add seasoning to taste.
  4. Remove chicken, add fresh veggies & season, cook 10 minutes on high, stirring often.
  5. Add frozen veggies, cook additional 5-10 minutes.
  6. Add chicken and mix thoroughly.
  7. Serve over white rice.
