Ingredients
2 LG chicken breasts (cubed)
1 red pepper (strips)
1 orange pepper (strips)
1 yellow pepper (strips)
1 onion (sliced)
1 bag frozen stir fry vegetables
1 bag frozen snap peas
1 bag shredded carrots
2 tbsp canola oil
2 cups white rice
Salt, red pepper flakes, ginger, soy sauce, poultry seasoning and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb to taste
Preparation
- Add canola oil to wok.
- Sautee chicken about 10 minutes.
- Add seasoning to taste.
- Remove chicken, add fresh veggies & season, cook 10 minutes on high, stirring often.
- Add frozen veggies, cook additional 5-10 minutes.
- Add chicken and mix thoroughly.
- Serve over white rice.
