Ingredients
1 lb prawn, 8x
1/2 oz ginger, sliced
3 stalk spring onion, sectioned
½ onion, wedged
½ tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp water
Thickening:
1 tsp cornflour solution
Preparation
Remove legs, devein, clean and pat dry prawns. Blanch prawns in hot oil. Cut onion wedges and chop spring onion, for later use.
Heat up 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry ginger slices, onion, chopped garlic and oyster sauce, add in prawns and water to mix well.
Pour in light soya sauce, stir fry until aromatic. Sprinkle chopped spring onion on top. Stir in thickening to mix well. Serve.
